We understand from time to time an item you have ordered my arrive faulty, if you do receive a faulty item please contact us by email with a photo so we can approve return .
Once you have received an approval reference number please post your item including the return reference number second class Royal Mail and keep proof of postage .
Once we have received your returned faulty item we will refund your payment and postage.
